Everyone can feel anxious from time to time, but when anxiety doesn’t go away, happen without any particular reason, or makes it hard to cope with daily life, it may be the sign of an anxiety condition. Living with anxiety is more than just feeing worried or stressed.
Anxiety is a feeling of nervousness, unease, or worry that typically occurs in the absence of an imminent threat. It differs from fear, which is the body’s natural response to immediate danger.
An anxiety condition and normal feelings of anxiousness are two different things. Many of us feel anxious when faced with particular situations we find stressful, but if those feelings don’t subside, the anxiety could be more chronic. When feelings of fear or nervousness become excessive, difficult to control, or interfere with daily life, an anxiety condition may be present.
Some common symptoms of anxiety is a pounding heart, rapid breathing, butterflies in the stomach and a burst of energy as well as mental responses such as excessive fears, worries or obsessive thinking. These symptoms can affect your ability to concentrate, sleep and carry out ordinary tasks.
In the session I work on raising your vibrational level and conduct a Vagus Nerve Stimulation to work on the parasympathetic nervous system to reduce the perception of pain, reduce depression, promote relaxation, reduce the body's response to stress and improve mood and quality of life.
Regular intermittent sessions may be required, depending on personal circumstances.
At the end of the session I conduct a mini oracle card reading for you, to help provide you some guidance. After your session, you will receive a PDF booklet sent to you via email, which contains a full debrief of your Reiki session experience.
