Energetic Adjustment is a full body therapy which incorporates the whole body with mind and spirit to adjust the energetic framework of the physical body, that holds us back from optimal health.
Structural imbalances can be responsible for our painful symptoms throughout the physical body and can cause varying degrees of limitations and dysfunctions.
Energetic Adjustment works by focusing on your physical body’s structure, with the ultimate goal of restoring balance, strength and function in the body.
During the session I start at the hips and work my way up to the neck, shoulders, and arms, and then down both legs. I am focusing on energetically adjusting your skeletal framework to help remove blockages that prevents energy from flowing freely. No manual manipulation is undertaken.
