ENERgETIC ADJUSTMENT

Energetic Adjustment is a full body therapy which incorporates the mind & spirit to adjust the energetic framework of the physical body, that holds us back from optimal health.
Structural imbalances can be responsible for our painful symptoms throughout the physical body & can cause varying degrees of limitations and dysfunctions.
Energetic Adjustment works by focusing on your physical body’s structure with the ultimate goal of restoring balance, strength & function in your body.
During the session I start at your hips & work my way up to your neck, shoulders & arms, then proceed down both legs. I am focusing on energetically adjusting your skeletal system & supporting muscles to help alleviate pain, tension and tightness. No manual manipulation is undertaken.
*Note: some women may experience an intermittent menstruation the day after the session.

This is a 1 hour session experience. The extra 30 minutes at the end provides me the time to type up and email you a comprehensive PDF session report after your session.
